Terms of service

MiMa IT FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ) under licence no. 47006187, with its registered address at S18421S, New Shed No. 18, Al Hulaila Industrial Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When you register you confirm your age and accept these terms.

• Give a real name and an email address you can receive mail at, and confirm that address.
• An account is for one person. Do not share your login or your membership.
• Keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Membership gives you access to the members-only photo sets and films on the site, member livestreams, and the live chat and reactions during a stream. New content is added over time; we do not promise a particular amount or schedule.

Membership costs €14 (euros, EUR) per month and renews automatically every month on the date you joined, until you cancel. The price shown on the membership page includes any VAT we are required to charge. Your card is charged at the start of each monthly period by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card over the following days. You keep access for 3 days after the period ends while that happens; after that, access pauses until the payment succeeds.

If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time, in one step, from your account page. You can also write to us at message@olga-ferbey.com from the email address on your account and we will cancel for you within one business day.

When you cancel, your membership stops renewing and you are not charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Our refund and cancellation policy explains when you can get your money back, including a full refund of your first membership payment if you ask within 14 days. It forms part of these terms.

You can send Olga a gift from the gift page or during a livestream. A gift is a voluntary, one-off payment of the amount you choose. It does not buy content, access, a product, a service, or any response, and it is separate from membership. The name and note you add may be shown to Olga and, during a livestream, to other viewers in the room.

The store and wishlist pages show pieces and services you can ask about. Nothing on those pages is sold or charged through the site. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract; any purchase is agreed separately, in writing, before any payment.

All photographs, films, streams and text on the site belong to Olga Ferbey or to us, or are used with permission. Membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view them on the site for your own private, non-commercial use while your access lasts.

You must not:

• download, screenshot, screen-record, copy or save members-only content, or try to get around the protections on it;
• share, post, sell or redistribute any content from the site, in whole or in part;
• use the content to train software or build datasets.

Breaking these rules ends your access immediately and without a refund, and we may take legal action to protect the content.

Be respectful in the live chat and in anything you send us. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or threatening, do not share personal information about anyone, and do not advertise or spam. Do not ask for private meetings, personal contact details or custom content.

We moderate the chat. We may remove messages and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close a membership for a serious breach, we do not refund the current period.

We work to keep the site available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and livestreams can be rescheduled or end early. We may change, add or remove content and features. If a change significantly reduces what membership includes, you may cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period.

You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time by writing to message@olga-ferbey.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or is the subject of a payment dispute while we look into it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at message@olga-ferbey.com. Most problems are solved quickly that way, and it is faster than a chargeback for both of us.

We may update these terms. If a change affects your membership, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
